We want to point out, however, that we are not responsible for all of our decisions about refunds and cancellations of plane tickets. The airline's policies control suspensions and reimbursements, and we must abide by them.

• On our official site, we primarily sell tickets for trips that are considered non-refundable across multiple airlines. As per their rules, certain airline companies do, however, offer refundable tickets, and passengers have the right to refund for any flight cancellations that might take place.
• Passengers must request a flight discontinuation within 24 hours of booking their reservation if a refund is available.

• Customers can use the provided credit amount for future travel.
• When an individual uses the credit, they are required to pay the fare variances and the cost of booking.

• Travelers who did not take the flight and informed our customer service representatives of the discontinuation may be eligible for a refund under the trip protection package within ten days of purchase.
• The specific airline offers a guarantee of cancellation and refund, and we will not be held responsible for fulfilling it.
• Passengers holding "no show" bookings sometimes receive their requests for reimbursement accepted by the airlines, and they receive their cash back as airline credit or in their bank accounts.
• As a travel company, we cannot guarantee the processing of passengers' requests for reimbursement and delays. In order to process the refund, we evaluate each withdrawal and refund request in a particular order before sending it to the necessary airlines for approval.
• Once a passenger files a cancellation inquiry through any channel, we will email them to let them know that we accept it and can use that reference for future correspondence.
• There is no guarantee that passengers will receive their money back right away.
• Regardless of the withdrawal process, we are not liable for retrieving the service cost. We charge each passenger a service fee at the time of booking.
• The decision about how to process the refund falls solely on the airline. Generally, the process takes between 60 and 90 days to complete from the date of the cancellation request.
• Upon confirmation of the withdrawal request, your bank account instantly receives the cash credit. Airlines can issue refunds in the form of airline credits for subsequent trips.
• If the airline decides that the refund request isn't valid in line with their policies, it might impose a penalty. The airline will request a service fee from the passengers. Moreover, the price might vary depending on what kind of ticket and the number of travelers.
• If the airline rejects a passenger's request for an annulment and refund, we strive to reimburse them for the service fee they paid when purchasing their tickets. However, we deduct the booking price from the passengers' compensation at the time of ticket ordering.
